As a Service Tech - Dock and Door, you'll be a key player in providing top-tier services, working within a self-directed team environment and taking ownership of your tasks with a sense of urgency and a commitment to excellence.

Install and service commercial overhead doors, openers, and dock equipment.
Repair or replace broken springs, cables, tracks, and motors.
Diagnose issues, inspect job sites, and make expert recommendations.
Read blueprints and schematics when needed.
Install and maintain fire doors, rolling steel curtains, commercial high-speed doors, and related systems.
Use hand and power tools to install tracks, torsion springs, and door sections.
Deliver professional, customer-focused service every time.
Keep safety, quality, and efficiency as top priorities.

Education: High School Diploma / GED
Experience: Hands-on experience installing or servicing commercial overhead doors and dock equipment; Comfortable working in commercial settings (warehouses, industrial facilities)
Certifications / Licenses: None required
Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies: Dependable, hardworking, and committed to doing the job right; Ability to work in varying conditions (heat, cold, heights); Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude; Ability to read blueprints and schematics when needed; Proficiency using hand and power tools for door and track installation
Physical Requirements: Ability to work at heights; Ability to work in varying weather conditions (heat, cold)
Work Environment: Commercial settings including warehouses and industrial facilities
