Polk Mechanical is seeking a Plumber Leadman to lead a crew while installing, maintaining, and repairing medical gas piping systems in healthcare and commercial facilities. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise in med gas systems, and a commitment to safety, quality, and compliance with all applicable codes and standards.

• Lead and coordinate a crew in daily plumbing installation activities
• Install, assemble, and maintain piping systems according to specifications and codes
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents
• Layout piping systems and determine proper routing, materials, and installation methods
• Perform pressure testing, inspections, and system verification as required
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, codes, and medical gas standards
• Coordinate with supervisors, project managers, and other trades on-site
• Provide guidance, direction, and training to crew members
• Monitor work progress and ensure quality and schedule adherence

• Experience in plumbing installation required
• Experience leading or supervising a crew preferred
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and medical gas standards
• Valid driver's license required
• Relevant plumbing license preferred
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to work in varying indoor and outdoor environments, including healthcare job sites
