Overview

As a Warehouse Clerk, you'll be the backbone of our construction projects, expertly managing and tracking all materials, tools, and supplies. Your keen eye for organization and efficient handling ensures our teams have exactly what they need, precisely when they need it, keeping projects on schedule and under budget.

Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and accurately record all incoming deliveries of construction materials, tools, and equipmentOrganize and maintain all warehouse inventory in adherence to safety protocols and efficiency standardsEnsure proper and secure storage of materials, tools, and equipment to prevent damage and minimize lossManage issuance and return of construction tools and materials to site personnel and project teamsPerform regular inventory counts and report discrepancies to managementPrepare materials and equipment for outbound deliveries or pickups and coordinate logistics with site teamsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe working environmentSafely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipmentProvide support with basic administrative tasks

Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma / GEDExperience: Previous warehouse or construction materials handling experience preferred; 3 years forklift experience preferredCertifications / Licenses: Forklift CertificationKnowledge, Skills, and Competencies: Computer skills including Microsoft Office and inventory systems; Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Ability to manage materials and inventory efficientlyPhysical Requirements: Physical ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periodsWork Environment: Warehouse environment with some outdoor exposure; May involve occasional travel to construction sites; Must wear appropriate safety gear (PPE) as required
