Polk Mechanical is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex construction projects and ensure successful delivery through strong leadership, financial oversight, and client relationship management.
Responsibilities
Lead multiple large-scale projects
Oversee budgets, schedules, and project execution
Manage subcontractors and procurement processes
Conduct planning meetings and ensure compliance
Resolve complex project issues
Maintain strong client relationships
Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred
10+ years of construction project management experience
Advanced leadership and project management skills
Strong financial and contract management knowledge
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
