Polk Mechanical is seeking a Senior Estimator to lead bid coordination, estimating processes, and project planning to ensure accurate and competitive proposals. This role partners closely with the Chief Estimator to drive estimating strategy and departmental goals.

• Manage bid recap and proposal development
• Lead takeoff teams and review estimates
• Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors
• Monitor scope changes and addenda
• Communicate with internal teams on project scope and timelines
• Support estimating strategy and departmental goals

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 7+ years of estimating experience
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems
• Leadership and coordination skills
• Proficiency in estimating software and Excel
