Polk Mechanical is seeking a Plumber to perform plumbing installation, repair, and maintenance work while also supporting general trade and field activities as needed. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to assist across multiple trades in a construction environment — a great fit for someone building a career in the plumbing trade.

• Assist in the installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems and components
• Support general trade work as needed across job sites
• Read and interpret basic blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Assist with measuring, cutting, assembling, and installing piping and materials
• Perform basic troubleshooting and identify issues under supervision
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and organized manner
• Follow all safety guidelines, procedures, and company policies
• Assist skilled tradesmen with daily tasks and job site setup
• Load, unload, and transport materials and tools as needed

• Prior experience in plumbing or general construction preferred
• Experience working in a construction or trade environment
• Willingness to learn and take direction from skilled trades
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Trade certification, State of Texas, preferred
• OSHA 10 required
• Basic understanding of plumbing tools, materials, and techniques
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to lift 50-70 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
